SECTIONAL TITLE MANAGEMENT

ACCOUNTING
  • Prepare annual estimated income and expenditure to determine levies.
  • Prepare annual budgets.
  • Manage and administrate the preparation of levy statements and the collection thereof.
  • Verification of accounts payable.
  • Prepare monthly income and expenditure reports to trustees.
  • Arrange annual audit with appointed auditor and submit audited statements to Body Corporate.

  • Assist and advise the Trustees on procedural matters.

  • Assist in the determination of insurance values and arrange valuations if necessary.
  • Assist and advise the Trustees on the maintenance of the property
